The recipes are very similar. The difference is that I did not use lemon, but now that I think about it, it may actually be good with lemon 🍋 😋.   Parmesan Crusted Chicken is a go to for my son and I when we are craving something different. I enjoy the Parmesan Crusted Chicken from Longhorn Steakhouse and Hellman’s Mayonnaise also has a recipe that I also enjoy. I took different recipes and added some seasoning and some love 🥰. This is a simple recipe that I am sure you and your family will enjoy! Thanks for your support PREP/COOKING TIME:  45 minute s SERVING SIZE:  2 INGREDIENTS/GROCERY LIST LINKS: 4 skinless boneless chicken breast Avocado oil 4 tbsp of  mayo (I prefer Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise) 1/2 cup of freshly shredded  parmesan cheese 2 tbsp of room temperature  butte...

Easy, Tasty Parmesan Crusted Cod Fish

Hi all, I pray that your week is off to a great start! Today’s recipe is for a tasty Parmesan Crusted Cod Fish. I paired this with roasted asparagus and homemade mashed potatoes. I am always seeking to try something new. I have made parmesan crusted chicken before and it is always DELICIOUS. I have tied parmesan crusted fish before but it was just ok. Let me tell you, this time it was amazing.  Cod is a thicker white fish. I have noticed each time I cook it that it requires a little more seasoning than what I usually use when I cook flounder. I did just that and added more seasoning. I also did something different this time and added fresh lemon juice to the fish and mixture, along with a little lemon zest. I put so much love into this dish and it came out in the flavor. Make sure you try this dish and let me know how yours turns out. Thanks so much for your support! Tacos & Tequila Bar Crawl | Midtown Atlanta

Hi everyone, thanks for visiting my blog. I wanted to tell you all about my experience at the Tacos and Tequila Bar Crawl. My friend hit me up after seeing it in a food group page on Facebook. It looked like something different from the usual and it was time to get outside! We were a little unsure of what address to go to but once we found the right address, we were on our way. Parking was easy and affordable. There was a huge Park Mobile parking lot near check-in and not far from the other restaurants.  After checking in, we received our wristbands and a QR Code to scan for a map of all the restaurants. Our first Stop was Zocalo’s. From the time we stepped in the restaurant, there was a good lit vibe. The had great music and everyone was dancing and enjoying themselves. We had a choice of beef or chicken tinga tacos. We all decided to try the chicken. The taco tasted like it may have been made earlier in the day. It was very soggy and not appetizing. We decided to try their drinks...
