So today’s recipe is flatbread pizzas. My son and I always have a taste for something different. What we could eat out, taste 10 times better at home. These pizzas were so easy to make. The part that took the longest was of course the prep, but after that it was a breeze. The taste of both pizzas were very delicious and fresh tasting with all of the ingredients that we used. You must try this recipe and let me know how yours turned out.
PREP/COOKING TIME: 1 hour
SERVING SIZE: 3-4
INGREDIENTS/GROCERY LIST:
8 oz of cooked Johnsonville Italian Hot All natural Sausage
5 slices (or what you choose) of cooked Smithfield Naturally Applewood Smoked Thick Cut Bacon
16 oz fresh mozzarella cheese shreeded
1/2 cup of white onions diced
1 cup red onions diced
1 cup spinach leaves
2 pack Stonefire Artisan Flat Bread
Mama Mary’s Traditional Pizza Sauce
Pack of Thin Large Pepperoni Slices (we used 16 pieces)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Start out by preparing all of your ingredients.
2. Add avocado oil to the flatbread, then add sauce and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
3. Go in with a layer of your ingredients, then top with mozzarella cheese again and more toppings if you have some left.
4. Cook in pre-heated oven according to the instructions on your flatbread. We left ours in longer.
5. After the flatbread pizzas are done, top with parmesan cheese (optional) and enjoy!
