Crockpot Pot Roast Sunday Dinner

 Hi guys, welcome back! I have been wanting a roast and some delicious gravy for quite some time now. I purchased this roast on Friday and seasoned it. I then got up early Sunday morning, said a prayer and asked God to allow me to put all my love and his special touch before I started cooking. Yes Lord! Crockpot Pepper, Steak, and Onion with Rice & Gravy

  For some reason, I had been craving steak and gravy. A big juicy ribeye would have been good, but thought we would save that for another dinner and wanted something not as heavy. I was able to find stir fry steak at the Ingles not far from me, so that’s what gave me inspiration for this meal. I know that sometimes this type of steak can be tough and then I thought of how the crockpot could help to tenderize the meat. I hope that you enjoy this recipe.
