Sweet Potato Cornbread Muffins

Hey Guys!  I know, I know, it has been quite some time since I last posted. I was going back and forth, deciding if I wanted to continue Good Eats With Tip or add my cooking videos to my other channel All Things With Tip. The Good Eats With Tip Channel was not doing as well as I hoped, so I decided to add my videos to All Things With Tip. Maybe I will decide to switch again later, but who knows. I will allow God to lead me. For this recipe, I decided to make Sweet Potato Cornbread Muffins. I have been seeing others with their own recipes and decided to try it for myself. I decided to keep it simple and use Jiffy Cornbread as the base and then added the ingredients that I though would pair best. I was not planning to make a desert, so I did not want it too sweet. My goal was to still be able to taste the cornbread, but enhance the flavor of the sweet potato. See the recipe and video below. Bacon Cheese Burger Sliders

Hey there! I’m back for a second time this week! 😃 I enjoyed this meal so much that I could not wait to share. I enjoy regular sized burgers, but I always get so full before I can even finish. So I feel like with sliders, I can eat the whole burger without getting full and still be able to enjoy my sides. This is not my first time fixing sliders, but this was my first time using the ingredients that I used for the burgers. I usually add grated white onions to the hamburger meat, but I didn’t have time for all that. I decided to use the Lipton Onion Soup mix and it also required me to add mayo to the meat. I thought to myself “MAYO”! I went back and forth in my head and decided to just go for it. Mayo is just eggs and oil right? Couldn’t be too bad. I could tell the difference. The burgers were so freaking good 🤤.  I hope that you all enjoy this meal. Add your own touch to fit what you enjoy as well. Until next time, I pray that you all stay safe and blessed. ✌🏽 PREP/COOKIN...
