Ultimate 7 Cheese White Macaroni and Cheese

Happy Sunday to you all! We are all blessed to see another week. Today, I wanted to show you all how I made this seven cheese macaroni and cheese, using all white cheeses. Yes, I said seven cheese using all white cheese! You will learn that my son and I are cheese fanatics. We love cheese and eat it with just about everything.

This was my first time making this dish and it turned out delicious. The creaminess and the the way the cheese stretched was on point. Make sure you try this recipe and let me know how yours turned out. I can wait to hear. Have an amazing rest of your day and an amazing week.

PREP/COOKING TIME: 1 hour

SERVING SIZE: 2-3

INGREDIENTS:

Cavatappi/Corkscrew noodles

Avocado oil

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp flour

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 1/4cup havarti cheese

1 1/4 cup aged white cheddar cheese

1 cup four cheese mixture with Asiago, provolone, fontina, and parmesan cheese

1 1/4 cup sharp white cheddar cheese

1/4 cup Aged Parmesan

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper or white pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Boil noodles. Use box instructions. For this recipe, I boiled half the box and used what I needed. Add salt and oil to noodles

2. Once noodles are done drain while you prepare your cheese sauce (directions below)

3. In a separate mixing bowl add noodles and cheese sauce a little at a time to be sure to that you have enough sauce to cover your noodles, so that it will not dry out while in the oven.

4. Add in the rest of your four cheese mixture and mix.

5. Add mixture to buttered oiled pan.

6. Add the remaining cheeses to the top including the aged Parmesan.

7. Optional but recommended: lightly sprinkle all seasonings to the top.

8. Bake for 20 minutes on 430 degrees or until cheese melted. *cook on broil for a short time to get a nice cheese crust. MAKE SURE YOU WATCH IT.

Cheese Sauce

1. Add 1 tbsp of butter to pan and melt.

2. Sprinkle flour over melted butter and whisk together.

3. Add a little heavy whipping cream at a time in order the keep the roux smooth.

4. After the roux is smooth with no lumps, add in 1 cup of havarti, 1 cup of aged white cheddar cheese 1/2 cup of of four cheese mixture, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and seasonings.

Sweet Potato Cornbread Muffins

Hey Guys!  I know, I know, it has been quite some time since I last posted. I was going back and forth, deciding if I wanted to continue Good Eats With Tip or add my cooking videos to my other channel All Things With Tip. The Good Eats With Tip Channel was not doing as well as I hoped, so I decided to add my videos to All Things With Tip. Maybe I will decide to switch again later, but who knows. I will allow God to lead me. For this recipe, I decided to make Sweet Potato Cornbread Muffins. I have been seeing others with their own recipes and decided to try it for myself. I decided to keep it simple and use Jiffy Cornbread as the base and then added the ingredients that I though would pair best. I was not planning to make a desert, so I did not want it too sweet. My goal was to still be able to taste the cornbread, but enhance the flavor of the sweet potato. See the recipe and video below.
