Taco Bake Casserole

Welcome back to Good Eats with Tip! I hope that your week has been great. Today’s recipe is Taco Bake Casserole 😋.  While at work my son and I were texting back and forth trying to figure out what we wanted for dinner. We always want something different, but it always seems like there is just not enough time to cook after work at times. My son says I want a salad He’s the only kid I know that will eat a salad everyday lol. I’m thinking I don’t know if I want salad but we do need vegetables, so I start thinking, maybe we could do a taco salad, but we always do that. Then, I thought let’s throw everything in there together and bake it. So that’s how we came up with today’s meal. This meal allows us to have plenty of veggies and protein. Crockpot Pepper, Steak, and Onion with Rice & Gravy

  For some reason, I had been craving steak and gravy. A big juicy ribeye would have been good, but thought we would save that for another dinner and wanted something not as heavy. I was able to find stir fry steak at the Ingles not far from me, so that’s what gave me inspiration for this meal. I know that sometimes this type of steak can be tough and then I thought of how the crockpot could help to tenderize the meat. I hope that you enjoy this recipe.
